- Is it ok to leave dhea s low normal? Seems that with trt dhea s becomes low normal since thinking is that we are injecting t and less dhea is needed.
5.) What proponent of trt causes anxiety? Many people deny e2s effect and therefore say donāt use an ai, so what is causing the anxiety from the hormone treatment, is it testosterones effect on neurochemical system, testosterones effect on the cns/amygdala, etc or what is it?
- A mild tinnitus started a few months after beginning TRT. Is it going to get worse over time (itās all right for now) and have you found a solution for patients?
- In many online forums, when TRT at āsafe doses (i.e. under 150-200mg week)ā does not work \ stops working, then the current next step is thyroid. Everyone complaining about low energy etc is immediately questioned about thyroid. The solutions proposed are low dose TRT and thyroid. From reading these threads, itās now almost as ubiquitous as e2=22.
Do you find a better approach for the majority is to rather keep increasing the T dose \ free T to a level the man feels good again at rather than fiddle with thyroid? Does this in many cases cure the supposed āthyroidā issues?
- What are the advantages you have observed in some of your patients in supplementing HCG while on TRT except for fertility purposes? Just people that feel better on it and in what aspect, how does it affect their biomarkers, long-term safety, possible effect on hematocrit and hemoglobin?
@vonko put a number on the question
-
Do you see a decrease in A1C levels after starting TRT in your patients and to what extent do you see improved insulin resistance?
-
Do you see improvement in MCV levels in your patients with microcytic anemia after starting TRT?
- I get water retention from injecting subq 110 mg split in 2. There are a couple days a week where I piss like crazy and it goes away. But comes back. I donāt seem to have this problem if I inject closer to 90mg a week split in 2. Why is this and what can I do? Should I use a low dose diuretic? Should I just inject less?
I believe the purpose of the interview was for questions to be asked live. Thereās 6,000 people subscribed to dbossaās channel, chances are very few, of any⦠of these exact listed questions will be answered. If they were itād clog up he entire interview, not giving other subscribers any wiggle room to ask
If there was a guarantee of answer I have one question in particular Iād like to ask.
Relax⦠and let Danny handle his interview.
Well, Iāll post this here anyways in case these get answered.
12a. Have you found there to be a relationship between elevated TSH and slightly elevated prolactin in your patients?
12b. Have you noticed a relationship between TSH/Prolactin and either delayed or premature ejaculation issues depending on whether those values were high or low, respectively?
That looks awesome! If you or a family member made it please share the recipe on a new thread!
Itās a stock photo of a pizza, one can do a reverse image search to probs find out the recipie and/or where the image came from
Did you miss the part where Danny Bossa posted in this thread and said to compile questions here for the interview?
⦠I actually did miss that, nevermind
Guys, he doesnāt necessarily need to spend a half hour answering each question. We can spend a few minutes on each one. Iām going to give you guys priority over the chatbox guys considering he was well known on this site. Iāll do my best to ensure as many questions are asked as possible.
Thanks @dbossa, much appreciated.
Are you guys any closer on a date/time this will take place?
Iām hoping to have a date/time by the end of the day. Heās checking his schedule.
- Why is there still a large percentage of PCPs who are still very ignorant of TRT and treatment protocols? Lack of basic knowledge of the HPT Axis seems to be the rule rather than the exception.
