Your metabolism amazes me…you stated earlier in the thread that cruising you were at around 5000 or so to maintain?

Then combining that with the cylce is pretty freaky

Any thoughts on why it takes you so many calories to maintain and so many more to gain?

I’m really not. I was 264 this morning.

Honestly, I’m not sure why it takes so much. I would have to guess either a freaky metabolism, or some digestive system disorder affecting absorption lol. I do train a lot though if you count all my recovery sessions as workouts as well. Right now I am at 2-3x a day for extra workouts and 3 big workouts per week.

Would you mind detailing a an extra workout and a big 3 workout?

How tall are you? I apologize if i missed it earlier in the thread i may have skimmed too fast

I don’t have time to detail how I set up everything, but the big 3 (sometimes big 4, depending on the phase I am in) are just your typical powerlifting workouts.

The recovery workouts are just light, usually bodyweight or band workouts that last about 15 minutes that either target muscle groups that have been worked recently in a big workout that need some help recovering, or they focus on adding extra work for lagging groups

Well damn man. Thats crazy. Doesnt sound like you do a ton of activity to account for all of that food. So you have a yourself a winning metabolism. Did it take quite some time to get to that weight/size? Ie were you pretty skinny small to start? That would make sense to me then that your body just hates being that big and wants to shrink.

I was 160 until I started force feeding myself junior year in high school. Then I went from 160 to 245 in around a year without drug use.

But no, honestly once I started making myself eat enough it was very easy to make gains.

Ive ran deca at the same dose as test and ran into some lengthy sexual encounters, seems like the deca was making it harder to get off and stay hard at that dosage. Just wondering how are is your libido with this cycle? I love deca no doubt but have always ran it at or below my test so I dont really know what it would do in a cycle like this, so im curious if you could describe any differences you notice? thanks for the read!

@rds, maybe I do, that would explain the ridiculous amount of shit I have to eat to get to this weight lol. Weighed 270 for the first time recently. I was bloated as shit though, and the next day moving furniture all day I sweated off most of my bloat. Sitting around 263 now, with visible abs. I hadn’t even really looked at them, but got out of the shower and my girlfriend pointed them out, so I know I’m not imagining things.

@ Roid noid My libido is crazy, not like on tren and test but still pretty high. Cruising on 250mg test I usually either masturbate or have sex around 4 times a day. On high test that is about 6-7 times. On the deca/low test it is around 8-10 times a day. Honestly when I am on test and tren it is pretty much as often as I can.

I think I have a pretty high libido though. Even when I had low test my libido was pretty high. Never had an issue finishing or staying hard, except for when alcohol and/or pain pills are involved. (I am only using pain pills prescribed to me of course…)

Added tren E at 200mg a week for a slight extra boost. Already dropped a little water weight, sitting at 264 now in the morning. I haven’t tolerated tren very well in the past (weight loss, increased paranoia, ect) so I decided to just add a low dose for a short duration.

Hit a huge bench PR last week and an even bigger DL PR last night but tweaked my lat slightly. Its pretty sore today but I think I will be good to go in a few days.
