I probably overreacted a little bit. It was just a real tough start to my day that is a little bit hard to explain. I’ve got some saline and other stuff I’m using and my nose isn’t as dry anymore. It still does bother me now, but it doesn’t seem just impossible to make it until Monday.
Have been blowing a few bloody boogers out my nose with this neil med sinus rinse bottle. It still feels pretty weird.
Got a little bit of sleep but can’t sleep for very long. I think like 3-4 30-40 minute naps basically one right after the other.
Oh man, I feel SOOOOOOOOOO much better now that I got those splints out. Just from looking in the mirror I thought that this splint was just like a wire or something near the end of my nose holding it in place and maybe a little bit more. I figured I just wasn’t breathing well mainly because my nose was swollen from surgery, but man that sucker was a huge tube-like thing that went way up my nose and blocked about half of it. It was maybe two or three inches long. This feels great!
I’ll post an update on how this effects my sleep and conditioning. Just from how this feels it was probably well worth it. Other than that I think I’m pretty well done. Any questions just ask.
