GM asked me if there was anything else I wanted from the gym, but my car canāt hold all the bumper plates I wouldāve taken, along with a bar.

Iām doing KB workouts as well. Bought a few off Walmartās site as soon as it quickly escalated from a 2 week to 30 day to ??? shutdown for gyms. I didnāt want to duplicate gym equipment, seemed redundant. Except for the pullup bar, that was a must.
Kinda enjoying being forced to do things differently tbh, for a while anyway lol.

Still figuring out programming this stuff. Iām basically doing exploratory work, seeing what is possible in terms of movements.
I do know one thing: I hate lunges.
You might try tie down straps, with the racket or a come-along buckle kind of thing. Takes a little to get them in place but, pretty doable once your set.
