I find myself greatly looking forward to doing axle continental clean and press tomorrow. Itās actually distracting me, visualizing how to better to perform the movement.
Iāve stopped cheating my pullups. Iām letting the shoulder go to full extension before pulling again.
I donāt know that this program has enough volume in it, but my hips sure are thankful thatās itās not more.
2 solid days of recovery and then the last day of Cycle 3 on Saturday. Gonna try for a 4th cycle and then maybe deload. Or not. Have to see how I feel.

Itās a crap bar. Handles are too skinny and the knurling is for show. Weights listed are the plates only, dunno what the bar weighs.
Side and rear delt raises

Everything moved easily. These all really felt like training weights. Iām gonna strap up on the farmers next time. Iām more interested in the walking with weights than trying to hang on to them.
Leg Press

This Body Master leg press has a heavier sled than at my favorite gym so the weight is more than last time though plate weight is slightly less.

Teeny not-even-a-real tire. Itās bad because you canāt set your shoudlers against it and actually have to lift with the biceps a little. Someoneās gonna tear somethingā¦
County closed my gym and all places where 50 people can congregate, so I couldnāt do the scheduled training. My local gym has the sandbags and SSB, which were what I was going to use today.
