Wobbly on the PP’s. Gotta work my middle more…

Only 7.5 lbs off from where I left off training O-lifts before. Form’s a bit better - though you couldn’t tell from this particular lift…

They are coming along. Thanks for checking in Joe.
Nice work on the 145 snatch. You haven’t lost much, and that must feel pretty darn good.
Dude, you still move a ton of weight. Much respect.

Felt good for so late. Hamstrings are way off, couldn’t budge 405. grip good, upper back good, just no pulling power at the bottom.

Lot of power from such a skinny body. (that’s a compliment)

Squats are really hurting, but not enough to stop doing them. Everything else is coming along nicely. New valeo belt supports in just the right places for the quick lifts. Most solid 150 I ever snatched.

good news! gives our confidance a little boost when the weight feels properly handled.
When you say “hurting”, is it a low back issue?
[quote]giterdone wrote:

yup. Imbalance, left side is doing all the work. I’m keeping the weight down and trying to emphasize the right leg and lower back (quadratus, erectors, etc). When I can do that, it doesn’t hurt to squat, but it will take a while I think.
Think I need to get some high-rep GMs in there, too, to recondition the area.
