I think it has more to do with my father. When he was a kid, his hair was white blond, but it turned black - I mean black-black, very black - once he hit his teens. I think I got some of that, but in slower motion. The grey is overtaking the process though.

All I had time for. Been a chorehorse all day and went to a fine calamari dinner with my brother-in-law and my wife’s sister. I’ll finish the presses and pullups tomorrow.

Debating whether to kick the weight up or start doing doubles. Original plan was 8 doubles and then 8 triples and then increase while going back to singles, but I’m itching to boost the poundage.

Might be a good idea to stick to the plan given that you are coming back from an injury.

I would’ve, but he was using more weight than I can curl right now (SOB). I did do some seated incline curls that day, 35’s 5x3 and my biceps are still sore. So I thought I would sneer at him for being stronger than me.

Yeah. Like when I want to use the squat rack, but the guy’s using it for curls . . . and he’s the biggest guy in the gym . . . he’s curling what I bench . . . what do I do?

Seriously though, I think a guy has earned the right to curl in the squat rack IF he needs to use the big wheels. It’s the pissants with the two tens on the bar that annoy me; and that’s not a reference to the weight being used, but to the lack of consideration.

Did this at lunch hour. Kept the rest periods shorter than usual since I didn’t want to take a whole bunch of time and wanted a shower after. Squats felt really good and I may settle on 265 or 275 for the next round. Except for the time compression nothing felt too difficult.

i always thought that blonde people got white hair as they aged whereas dark haired people got iron grey. i really really really really want snow white hair when i get old… but figured i’d be more grey since my hair is brown. but maybe that is not true??

My wife’s hair is brown, but she is skipping the grey step. She has striking bands of White in her hair at her temples and crown when she chooses not to color it. It’s really quite attractive, but a disadvantage in her employment.
