Solid advice. That is all that is needed if the meals are substantial enough.
I’ve also found that it is easier to gain if I eat discrete meals instead of eat all day. I tend to eat more at each meal since I have more appetite. Or, at least it’s not such a chore. Sometimes eating can be such a pain in the ass. God bless the protein shake.

You read his response wrong–He can’t eat that much.

My meals are all between 750-1k cals plus a shake with 50 grams of protein with 12oz of milk with a tablespoon of olive oil. So add another 400 cals to the total. 4 meals minimum…

Good training add in some volume DCA and you will explode in size.

Volume is going to triple over the next 6 weeks or so as I slowly take these singles to doubles then triples. I’ll either fall over or get bigger, I figger.

It’s all getting easier. The SGDLs were kind of sloppy because I was trying to snap them near the top like a snatch, but they may be too heavy for that.

I have blond hair but it’s a darker blond than when I was younger. My hair was nearly white when I was very young, I got pitchurs. Now turning grey at the corners. No - I’m not a real albino - just generic, Northern European, never-see-the-sun, stock white boy.
