This was harder than it should have been. Feels good to do them again though.
Two protein shakes into the day so far and pizza for lunch coming up. 1 more protein shake after that and then I gets me some dinner and a quart of keifer.
I DON’T like weighing 165. At all.
165? Wow that is low for you…How low?
Welcome back Albino

I feel light @180, but that was my set point for quite a while. I’m aiming for 195 again. I’ve got two 20 lb bags of whey and I ain’t afraid to use 'em.

But it is good to have the fat out of your system. I’ve bulked up but I’m not sure the gain is much more than fat. Time to trim down and find out for me. I’d love to be at 165.
I think I have a leg that weighs 165…
Good to see you back

Not if you f*k’n ate. You would turn into a fireplug made of muscle with your build if you just ate.
Imagine: this coming from me…

If one does not drink soda and does not ingest empty-calorie junk food, it is literally hard as heck work to gain weight. This may not be politically correct to say, but I really am not sympathetic to 99% of people who are obese, or even fat; unless it is their goal of course.
Really? Hard to gain weight…
Real easy every meal drink a protein shake with it. Eat 4 meals a day.
Hell my hardest issue with clients is to get them make Better food choices on a weekly basis.
Real simple tip here: If your not getting an appetite out of your training, your not training hard enough.
Sorry to hijack ![]()
Albino: Do the routine again with real light weights: 60% of what you did. - the following day. Good for rehab and rebuilding back to your original weight.

Lol. To me, my chances of eating 4 meals a day, plus a protein shake with every meal are exactly Zero! That’s why you’re The Fish, and I’m just a punyguy, with one “n” LOL!
More seriously though, look at all the retired NFL types who played the “in-shape” positions like linebackers, running backs, receivers, or even QB. They’re either fatter, or they’re smaller.
Back to the point though, 165 lbs at taller than me is light DCA! Follow the Fischer plan for sure.

I know what you mean. I was starving this morning, but didn’t get a chance to eat until about 2PM. Triple whopper and a quart of chocolate milk with 3 scoops of whey. I’m working my gut back up to three squares + 3 or more shakes per day.
The thing about weighing under 180 is that my back where I injured it hurts all the time. It never hurt when I was 190 or above unless I worked deadlifts really hard. I want the extra supporting muscle so I can be pain free.
Thanks for the advice Fischer. I’m actually using the Snatches and C&J for that purpose, since I’m gonig pretty light on them currently. If I keep my food intake up, I on’t expect to get all that sore, though. Didn’t get that sore on the day of that comment, but it was nice to feel like I’d worked the muscles.

Holy cow, if I took my eating down to that level, I’d shrivel up. I’m with Punnyguy, have to gorge all day long to keep from losing weight.
