Unnecessary to Use Facepulls and Band Pull Aparts?

I use the triumvirate template but have added extra FSL work for more frequency. To balance out the extra pressing I have added extra pull work. My question is if it’s unnecessary to use both facepulls AND band pull aparts the same day?

The programming is like this

Bench 5/3/1
Press FSL 5x5 superset band pull aparts 100 reps minimum
DB Bench 5x15
DB rows 5x10
Facepulls 100 reps

Squat 5/3/1
Deadlift FSL 5x5
Leg Press 5x15
Leg Curls 5x10

Press 5/3/1
Bench FSL 5x5 superset bans pull aparts 100 reps minimum
Dips 5x15
Chins 50 reps
Facepulls 5x20

Deadlift 5/3/1
Squat FSL 5x5
Good Mornings 5x12
Abs 5x10

Yes.

It’s simple, it really is. Many a strong dudes got that way before the internet and there is a lot of stuff we can figure out on our own without the need to ask millions of questions. But, this is a forum to help people so I’ll put my positive spin on it.
Use the pull parts are your press day.
Use the face pulls on your bench day.

Face pulls at the gym. Band pull-aparts during downtime at home or the office

Choose one to do for six weeks. Then do the other one for six weeks.

I wish everyone had to write that sentence twenty times before their first post.
