Unleash the Beast

i can kinda see the lats getting wider and thicker in both sets of pics, again i have to attribute these to JM.

Meadows rows are by far the best back exercise i’ve done. Worked upto 175x6 today.

Combined with Kroc rows and Rope pullovers this seems to hit my lats hard.

After a long time of not consistently hitting pull ups i’ve started adding them to every work out from now on.

after 4 sessions they went like this.

W/O 1: BW x 3, 3 sets
W/O 2: BW x 4, 3, 3
W/O 3: BW x 4, 4, 4
W/O 4: BW x 7, 4, 4

Getting a lot better at these already and feel easy. I remember when i couldn’t even hold on to the bar.

Will continue to do these every single workout.

Plan on hitting BW x 8 (3 sets) then i’ll begin adding weight.

I’m almost embarrassed posting in here after so long, been a bit hectic lately. Taken 3 vacations in the last 5

weeks or so since i last posted here. Totalled around 3 weeks, plus my gym membership ran out in the middle

ended up training about 3 times in 5 weeks. Rejoined this week and have my diet printed and stuck on the fridge,

along with my workout. Hopefully between now and the end of the year i have a clear run with no distractions

(touch wood),. Have all my supps, membership paid up and motivated. I’ve tried and fail to get leaner several

times hopefully this time will be different, only time will tell.

Shoulders yesterday,

Legs today

Managed to work up to 315 x 3 today which i was pretty happy with.

Forgot to mention im also doing 30 minutes of cardio 4 times a week. For the first 4 weeks of my plan.

after that im uping it to 5 times a week for the next 4 weeks, then 6 times a week for the final 4 week slot.

Doing a 4 way split but training 5 times a week, so one bp gets hit twice a week. Rotates every week.

Cardio is several hours before or after the my workout.

Well its been exactly a month since i posted in here and shock horror i didn’t stick to what i said i was going

to. Standard me as usual. The diet stayed in tact just not the training. Trying out the Nubret method that

was posted on here a few weeks ago and im not used to so much volume so the DOMS are really taking their toll

on me, coupled with dieting recovery is a bit of a bit tbh.

Anyways 4 weeks ago i was 248lbs (yikes) naval was 45 inches.

As of today i’m 233.8lbs so around 15lbs in a month which i’m happy with, and my naval measured 40 inches this

morning.

5 inches and 15lbs isn’t too bad for a month, had a few cheat meals in there as well.

Setting realistic goals at the moment, aiming for 200lbs by the end of the year.

Just over 30lbs in 13 weeks, not too difficult although i’ve said this before.

Lets see what happens!

Gave the v-diet another shot and dropped down around 13lbs, didn’t complete the whole diet i did 14 days of it.

Around 239lbs at the moment waist is 41 inches,

Bee really hectic this last 6 weeks or so, had an investor in my company and just about to launch my new company

as well. Been fitting an office out and trying to organize both companies. Also my gym membership ran out as

and i’ve found a new gym next to the office which im moving into so i’m guna join that next week, it is a lot

better as well with better equipment. Plan is to go in the morning on my way to work. Guna keep my diet in

check until i can get back in the gym. Not guna set any goals or any planned weight loss, going to eat healthy

and not like a teenager and let nature take its course. When i get closer to 210-220 guna do a cycle of

Clen to try and get as much fat off as possible. Here we go.

Getting back in the gym this week, only problem is there is no squat rack!

so fianlly… i re joined the gym this morning. After over 3 weeks off.

Felt good to be back. Switched to AM training now on the way to the office. Not trained in the AM for years so it feels a little weird.

Equipment isn’t bad in the new gym, gave everything a whirl this morning just to get a feel for it.

Bring it on!

Second session back today, decided to dead lift, i gave myself 12 minutes and 315lbs.

Managed 34 reps just. Was horrible. Guna do this once a week and see how i progress, when i hit 50, i’ll up the weight.

Hey man - glad to see you’re back at the gym. How is life in Egypt treating you right now? It seems like you side-step all the drama… but I hope everything is well.

I might never come back - my in-laws will probably be staying here in the states forever!

Hey how it going? Saw your new pics defo gained some mass!

Life hasn’t changed much for me tbh, keeping out trouble and getting on with life! next few months will be touch and go but i guess i’ll have to wait and see!

Those dam n deadlifts really took their toll on me. FML.

Lower back, hams, traps, rear delts all smoked. Feels good to have some doms again!

Goals: Drop bf to prepare for running aas early next year.

Thanks man. Everything is going ok. Don’t really understand why my in-laws insist on staying here (they were pretty well off in Egypt) but it is what it is. I could go much further into detail but I won’t clog up your log!

I hope you can continue to avoid any trouble. I think you’ll be ok though and good luck with dropping the bodyfat! Let us know how the aas goes too - I consider them more every month (like we all do!).

Started My First Clen cycle today. Also started arimidex earlier this week as i have high estrogen so trying to get that in check as well. ill as fuck at the moment as well.

Hopefully the arimidex will help free up some my testosterone and help with weight loss, also i’m using the clen for an extra kick.

Lets see what happens,

So 2 weeks into using A-dex and just finisheed my first 2 week cycle of clen.

Down just under 10 lbs, started using a standard thermogenic fat burner while i cycle off the clen.

Not a huge weight change but my gyno seems to have gone down quite a bit and i have lost some fat off my love handles and my chest area.

Diet is pretty clean, keeping carbs around workouts, most of my cals coming from veggies, salad, chicken, whey, a little rice/pasta.

Cals are prob around 2000-2500 at the moment but not really counting. Just eating clean and training hard again.

The next 10 weeks will be interesting anyway.
