Woke up today in all kindsa pain. Obliques toasted from some ab work yesterday, Chest hurting same with delts, hams are still toast from 2 days ago.
Today was supposed to be back day but i think i might have to skip depending how i feel later on in the day. We’ll see how it goes.

I was thinking about my split, i do a standard 4 days split but i work out 5 days a week.
The way this works is one bod yparts gets hit twice a week but each week this cycles through. this way each body part gets hit 5 times a month instead of 4. example
sat - legs
Sun - chest
Mon - back
Tue - off
Wen - shoulders
Thu - legs
Fri - off
sat - chest
Sun - back
Mon - shoulders
Tue - off
Wen - legs
Thu - chest
Fri - off
and so,
week 4 will start with back and end with back etc.
After a 2 week hiatus in the UK, losing my luggage for 2 weeks and going to a wedding for my best friend reposting here again.
Been back a week had some awesome workouts.
Got some cla and some bcaa powder, carnivor beef protein a la Kai greene, only problem is that it has Blue#1 as the colouring, my shit now look like it came from The Hulk, seriously, looks like i shit out a weatgrass shake everyday.
However the blue raspberry flavour which is thin like water is a refreshing change from standard choc, vanilla and strawberry, No creamyness no gagging and no phlegm. pretty good stuff.
Alsp started supplementing with CLA as well, 3g a day along with BCAA, and l-leucine. Good stuff so far.
Also started using something called Volu gor, like vitargo but blended with creatine aswell. 60g of carb post workout 0g from sugars, kind of a wacy maize type of thing. Guna run with anyway.

Been a while since i posted in here, training has been going well and so has the diet.
First time in a while my naval measurement has been below 39 inches which i’m pretty pleased about especially since my weight is around 233.
My navel has never been that size at this weight before which is a good thing i guess. Definitely noticing more mass on my back recently. Well the last 6 months anyway put this down to JM’s method for back training, combined with CT MMC stuff and a fuck load of Krock rows.
Thats about it for now. Can’t wait to drop 20-25 more lbs and really see what i built under all this blubber.
I know i shouldn’t weigh everyday but i’m a bit ocd when it comes to my weight.
Consistently droped 2 lbs a day for 3 days and dropped 1lb from yesterday, torso is becoming leaner daily as well, under the lats and upper rib area especially.
232 this morning down from 248 just over 3 weeks ago and almost 5 inches off my belly.
I’ve set myself a goal date of july 20th so around 3 and half weeks from now.
Wana hit 210 by then. Almost an impossible challenge actually, 22 lbs in around 21 days is practically impossible but gota aim high.
Cheers Rock, had a crazy 2.5 hour sesh today, trashed shoulders, dealifts, bis and tris.
Absolutely destroyed afterwards.
