Thanks mate! Takes me bloody ages to put on quality size, but I guess that’s the long game.
I think the consistent conditioning is why I’m able to stay pretty lean when gaining, even though most people and the literature say that I’m shooting myself in the foot haha

Even being able to reset your lean weight to 3kg heavier is solid progress for a year man. Definitely the slow game.

  1. Press 10x10
  2. Db lateral raise 3x10
  3. Bb curls 5x10
  4. Plank/sit ups x3

Did 6 strict chins between each set of pressing

Went heavier on rows and clean pulls
