How’s the training/job going?

Dude so flat out right now! We’ve got outphase coming up though which is awesome
But we’ve got submissions coming from everywhere at the moment. And they’re massive files now that we’re on major indictable stuff
But interesting

I think my most recent submission included 16 pages worth of officer notes and observations.
They’re going to bring in a legit barrister to play the defence for our next court practical to assess our evidence and files.
It’ll be fun but also reaaaaaaaally brutal lol

That sounds like Detective work. Our officers (my position) take the initial reports and make arrests on scene if necessary. They also self initiate work if there’s time (car stops, warrant checks).

Detectives get everything together and present the cases to the prosecutors.

Yeah we’d never really have to do this investigation, the detectives would take this off our hands quick smart

Press is feeling stronger, or at least fatiguing later on. Rest was down to about 90 seconds and I was doing chins after each set…nothing much just between 5-8

Back extension/abs is coming along
I get through 2 supersets back to back with no break now which is cool for me.

Total time was 44:00 on the dot

Benches were all 5-10kg heavier
Got 81 total dips and 116 total pushups
Sit ups were done with about 15 seconds rest between super seta

It looks easier the way you write it out than when others do. I mean, I know it’s not, but’s just such a short, nondescript list that it looks like, “Oh, piece of cake.”
