  3. Superset pendlay row and YWT
  4. Superset bb shrugs w db curls
  5. Descending reps 15>1 kb swings and burpees w 10 min time cap. Got down to 7 reps of burpees. Unsure if I’m happy or pissed with that…somewhere in the middle I guess

Wouldn’t be upset, that’s a great place to start, plus from like 6 to 1 would only take about a minute, won’t be hard to push to the next number down next time, or two.

I remember when I tried Linda aka 3 bars of death. I did the 10, 9, 8, and 7 rounds and quit. I was knocking on the door of 30 minutes and the CF competitors do it in less than 20.

  2. Sled push 3x20m with 100kg on the sled
  3. Hip thrusts 3x8 with 110kg paused
    No conditioning as exam study

  4. 100 band pulls apart followed by 100 banded tricep pushdowns

  1. Superset GHR and KB lunges (arms by sides) 3 sets
  2. Box squat, 1RM 235 (5kg PR)
  3. 100 banded standing abs
  4. 21-15-9 assault bike Cals and chins (this sucked worse than Fran)
    My heart is still absolutely racing and my legs and back are on fire. What a fucking workout. I’ll be paying for this one for a few days

So I fixed that with the Matt Kroc 1000 rep arm workout

  3. Superset tbar row and band pulls aparts 4 sets, last set rows triple drop set to failure
  4. Db shrug and pinwheel curl superset
  5. Sled sprints 20m and KB swings x10 for 5x total

Just dropping in and catching up on your training. Looks like your back on to WS4SB?

Those pre-made meals are a good idea. I am going to look into it for my lunches. Usually I try to prepare leftovers for my lunch but that can get tricky/annoying, and I end up often spending money on other food that is too expensive and I shouldn’t be eating.
