I’m certain TKUs are a phenomenal exercise but I keep telling myself I don’t need to do them and they don’t fit my goals.
They are ass and I don’t recommend them at all unless your goal is ‘do hard things’ or ‘feel uncoordinated and weak’ haha

As a retired runner this sounded like the easiest of the sessions he usually does. Lol
This one hurt
First two rounds I finished pretty quick, had about 4ish minutes rest per round. Was pretty gassed on last round and finished with 1.30 in the tank
Have you mastered the kipping/butterfly pull up?
Nah not mastered
I was doing sets of 15 kipping
Last round I did sets of 5 without butterfly
Will be able to bang them out real quick once I get used to them
That first piece is deceptive
Probably averaged about 25 seconds rest in the first 7 rounds, about 10 sec between the following.
Gassed hard, but awesome fun.

Did you use the 70s so you only had to do one round of DT?
Ah shit! I didn’t read that so I used the 45s. God damnit one round a bit heavier would have been way better
Quick and nasty.
Finished part 1 in 8.30 and I broke up the lateral lunges as my legs gassed a bit in the middle
Squats and lunges I got in two sets each
Finished with a couple sets of DeFranco shoulder shocker V1
