Nice squatting mate. Man I have to up my game !!
If only all police were like @Frank_C and how it’s looking you’ll turn out.
I don’t know if you Aussies ever watched Road House, but being a cop is a lot like this scene.
Except for the part at the end. You have to be able to determine when it’s no longer time to be nice.
Man, he never fills out any paperwork. That’s how I know it’s fake. ![]()
I like to think that’s you at your physical therapy clinic after your arm is still busted 30 weeks later.
I’m not a medical professional but I can’t imagine that there is a single gun shot wound that wouldn’t take more than three days to recover from. Or do you mean having it hit your vest?
My sgt in the Marines was shot, twice, and said he’d rather be shot again (depending on where) than OC’d. It’s not necessarily about the recovery time, it’s more the agonizing burning, the virtual inability to breathe and the discovery that your body can produce gallons of snot.
Man I love that movie!!! I use that quote all the time! My man
Soooooo much snot
Today was squats
Did all my top sets, but held back at 3x5 as I’m feeling pretty drained from the weekend and the heavy single Friday
Deload week this week during placement.
Mostly because I haven’t deloaded in about 2 years
Kicking back into it. I want monster conditioning this phase of the academy. Time to build an engine
that looks nasty mate. oh and hope you had a good christmas.
What is this
Not sure if I already have, but I think you might like what Greg gets us to do on Fridays during hypertrophy.
50 pushups, 10 second rests as needed
25 diamond pushups, 10 second rests as needed
50 dips, 10 second rests as needed
50 bench dips, 10 second rests as needed
35 pullups, 10 second rests as needed
80 air squats, 10 second rests as needed
50 lying leg raises, 10 second rests as needed
Do for six weeks, each week try to take less rests.
I mean, you probably would find this relatively easy so maybe as a rest day?
Awesome work in here Klein! Congrats on the academy, your engagement and overall badassery. Glad to see things are well.
Looks tough man! Reckon I’ll give it a go Sunday
