Thanks mate. I was deff up for it and after a good pre workout I was a little jittery. Hard to replicate how much rest between reps when you are on your own too. Felt like I was rushing but still took and hour and 40. Lol

Yer if you had 10 guys in your class in a comp you might squat every 10 mins. Then you are waiting for other classes to bench so might wait over an hour before you bench. Then the same 10 mins between bench attempts, then the wait until deadlift…. Etc etc you get the idea.
Did you PR each lift or close to?
Squat and deadlift were both PRs. I have hit 125 on bench before but the rep last night was the best pause rep I have hit at that weight, pretty sure it would have passed in a comp.

Yeah I’m happy just to creep it up. I think 500 would have been there today but my plan is just to keep getting stronger and just pull over 500 rather than put it on a pedestal like I’ve done so many times before
