For anyone who follows my log and has body dysmorphia (or just basically thinks they look like shit no matter what) just know that it’s a normal thing.
Most of the time I feel like I’m still the 65kg 19yr old who wanted to look like rocky 4

Then I see pictures like the one above and realize, oh shit I’d eat that guy alive.

Take the time to appreciate yourself. You’ve got to practice positive self talk sometimes. After time it’ll become autonomous and I believe your workouts will improve as a result

You did 2 reps with 140 every min for as long as possible? That’s interesting! How long?

Honestly I didn’t want to do shit today but after reading your log I think I’ll force myself to devise some kind of conditioning

Min 1 - 2 reps
Min 2 - 4 reps
Min 3 - 6 reps
Min 4 - 8 reps
Min 5 - 10 reps
And so on until failure, which was my grip after Rd 5
