Feel more dead than sexy but I’ll take it brother! Pretty sure I would have been able to grind 130kg if I’d needed but happy with the 10kg current PR. Especially bench which has never been a strong point. Extra body mass helping

Shin splints in right leg was awful from about 14kph and felt like it was going to explode by the time I stopped. Annoying, as I felt like I could have probably gone to 18+ today
