Rhetorical or genuine? Normally I just take a day off if I’m injured, really hungover or if working out would impact the time I get with my wife/dog/family
I usually intentionally take one full day off, at least from weights, sometimes two.
I find if I only train 4 days a week I physically feel worse than if I train 6.
Mentally I’d doesn’t bother me so much

genuine. I struggle with this conundrum so I’ve been asking ppl who kick ass on here when the opportunity arises
Nothing stresses me out more than not being able to move
Eventually you’ll get wiser, brochacho.
I basically sidelined myself for a week with this back issue.
Little pump work to get some blood around
Bis/tris/delta/calve and abs

Didn’t get to the gym today, big job at work and ran overtime for a few hours which killed my gym window. Nevermind. Always another day.
My back is starting to get on the same page as my legs. Now if my arms and chest would take heed that’d be great
