I’ve just started doing a program called “four horsemen” by Brian ahlsruhe. He’s got a free version on YouTube but I bought the $25 USD one that’s all laid out for ya based on all the feedback he’s got on it over the years

Shocking shin splints today
Felt like taking the day off
Then couldn’t stop thinking that noone gives a shit, especially not the criminals.
So I got to work. 50 minute fun run
Every six minutes alternate between either
15-20 strict chins
Or
5 DBL kB clean + 12 DBL kB press
After about 30 minutes the splints went away.
Unstoppable, unshakeable, undeniable, unkillable
