I had a 6 pack of donuts
Two cheese and Vegemite bagels
A packed of Pringles
Two cheesey bbq rolls
Two cherry ripes
A packet of smores pods
A Reese’s nutregeous bar

On top of normal breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Today was a good day

Shocking shin splints today

Felt like taking the day off

Then couldn’t stop thinking that noone gives a shit, especially not the criminals.

So I got to work. 50 minute fun run
Every six minutes alternate between either
15-20 strict chins
Or
5 DBL kB clean + 12 DBL kB press

After about 30 minutes the splints went away.

Unstoppable, unshakeable, undeniable, unkillable

This happens to me EVERY time. I’ve never regretted doing a workout. How do you know when you actually need a day off
