You’re into homemade equipment, correct? Homemade farmers walk handles are stupidly easy.
- Two 5’ lengths of 6x6
- Enough flanges, pipe nipples and 90° elbows to make two handles and four uprights for plates.
That’s exactly how I made mine and they worked great.

My problem is my stairs. I really don’t like carrying weights up the stairs to my driveway. I could build a sled, but it has the same issue.

The only good thing I saw in the session is the 10 sec of burpees. That means I’d only do about two.

I think this is the first time I’ve ever had Trap doms. Feels weird.
Low back not as stiff as I thought it would be, but tbh I think cycling to and from work for 20mins each way helps alleviate a lot of stiffness

I really think it does, bumping up my step count for fat lass these last 2-3 weeks has surprisingly been a blessing for recovery!
The “good stuff” pressing aprt really has a weird rep range progression ahahah
Yeah it’s was a like a fatigue test. Brian called it a mindset challenge
I think in hindsight I should have used more weight as I seem to be able to get a fair few reps with a higher percentage on OHP
