I argue that this move could be useful and I think deads and cleans transfer to it well.

A more likely scenario is when someone is in cuffs and refuses to get up to walk. They go dead weight and you have to lift them. Dead + lift :wink:

As far as presses - big delts look cool.

This was a fun workout that kept my HR in lactic threshold

Then I did some bonus pump stuff

3x db shoulder press/lat pulldown/rear delt fly

And

3x tricep extension/bicep curl/lateral raise

Wish I had both of these. That looks like a great workout. I keep doing stupid things like presses or jerks when I’m breathing hard. It would be much easier to just walk or push the sled. I don’t mean physically easier; there’s just less skill and less risk.
