Side note: I really wish RFESS didn’t work so well for leg training because they flat out suck. Think I could program them with 5/3/1 so I don’t have to do more than five reps?

So after about 10 mins of constant bw leg stuff, a build to a ‘heavyish’ single, three max rep rounds he then has you doing FUCKING TEMPO SQUATS in a giant set that ends in FUCKING STATIC WALL SITS
Wish I had both of these. That looks like a great workout. I keep doing stupid things like presses or jerks when I’m breathing hard. It would be much easier to just walk or push the sled. I don’t mean physically easier; there’s just less skill and less risk.
