day 4, bit of a testing day

Worked to close to 1RM (will call this RM for the basis of establishing a tm)

  1. OHP worked to single at 65kg
  2. Front squat worked to single at 140kg
  3. Weighted chins worked to single at 50kg (pr I think)
  4. 50 unbroken kb swings w 36kg

Day 5

Pulled the trigger on Black On Oxygen and it might just be one of my favorite workouts due to its simplicity

5 rounds
30 KB swings (used a 24kg)
800m run
Rest 3 min

Now I’m home trying to channel my inner Frank Zane but the reality is more of a tactical loaf of bread

I’m all about adding fruit to salad at the moment. Just knocked up a big batch of strawberry haloumi and kale salad w a strawberry and chili vinnagrette

I’ve had it for a couple years now but they’re awesome right! For the price they’re a super worthwhile training tool

Have you got Garmin connect on your phone? So good, stores and charts your data so you can see changes over time. I use it to track my sleep, steps, vo2 max, run times and now ride times. It’s constantly uploading whenever it’s near your watch with Bluetooth on so you don’t have to remember to save it or anything

Yeah, I’m using it. I used my Fitbit the same way. I like looking back at the data to see how I’ve changed. I also use it to guess my BMR if I ever decide to count calories again.
