3 sets incline press, bent row, high rep big pump
3 sets curls and tricep extn, moderate reps
3 sets plank n shank
Ride home long way, hill sprint near end
Admire quad pump and appreciate comfort of lycra

I was moving pretty quickly, only really rested a bit once I got to sets of 7 and up, but I wasn’t hauling ass if that makes sense?

I’ve definitely built on my muscular endurance from all those fucking SE circuits haha

Ends up being 100 deadlifts and 100 pushups. The pushups are easy but getting down and back up is an inconvenience for breathing patterns haha

Me too! Except, replace nuts with mini Snickers bars, snapper with Pale Ale, free range chicken with fried chicken wings, and avocado oil with chips and guacamole. Pretty much the same thing, though.

35 min bike trainer and anime to roll the legs over, followed by an epsom salt bath

Not a bad week in total.
