Something awesome about strolling between the rack and chin up bar whilst Quads and shoulders/yoke are all pumped up like some sort of machine

Trying to build those T9000 quads for @Cyrrex

My feeling as well. I went through a brief stint of wanting to do something “different” and looked into some bodybuilding training, and when I read things about holding peak contractions and a million partials I just checked out. I don’t have the patience for technique.

I read your squat weights in pounds to make this realistic.

Me, too. The Super Total thing looks cool but day two has that same effect on me - I don’t have the patience to figure that stuff out.

Diet at the moment is very simple.

Get in 180+ grams of protein a day and who cares about anything else.

Tends to have me eating low carb, medium fats, but also if I want to have a big carb up once or twice a week it’s not gonna hurt

It was more disgusting when you see that it was only like 75% of max.

Let’s be honest, they’re really more like quints at this point.

Yep. Some people struggle with the simple stuff due to boredom.

Everything felt awesome today. The power jerks were poppy as all hell and I wish I’d filmed them.

Nailed my snatch balances too, so good for confidence in the receiving position. Felt like I could OHS 100+

Admittedly only having one day between squats was a bit of a limiting factor here as fatigue set in quick. Bar was also very sweaty and slipped a bit. Press and incline bench felt great.
Also playing around with the accessories a bit more this time. Steps ups do nothing for me and I don’t think quad hypertrophy is my issue right now

Your fatigue set still looks better than my fresh ones. Lol

Yeah watching back I’m a bit disappointed I didn’t push for more reps. The first one moved super quick

It always amazes me how a set that feels slow can look pretty sharp in a video. Shows how the mental side of training really effects how we think a set went.
