Today was awesome. Focusing on the mind muscle connection for all of the assistance work instead of just powering through it…I mean I wouldn’t be me if I didn’t barely rest, but while doing the movements I was really focused on that
Also, I’m a massive fan of video games, so if anyone has any recommendations to games I’m always open minded (xbox one)

I’m currently working on a team that’s supposed to do targeted enforcement. We’re hunting the most active gang members and it comes with a schedule of 0800-1800 with SSM off. ![]()
If I didn’t have kids, I’d take night shifts all day long. Get in a good routine and take all the extra pay you can get.
