Top set of 7 at 55kg then amrap at 50 (10) - Giant set of 4x 20 dips, 12 barbell row, iso hold YWT
- Super set 3x10-12 iso hold lateral raise and hammer curls (so alternating sides, but holding in the contacted position for the resting side) mad pump
- Conditioning was 10 mins of
65kg D ball toss over
5 burpees
*Add one toss over each rep (1,2,3,4 etc.)
That was hard…real hard. Heaviest D ball I’ve used, noticeably harder than the 55kg
ME lower
- Low box squat, top set 5x180 then 8x160
- Sled pushes 25m, 3x100kg on sled, superset 3x12 RDL w 32kg kbs
- 3rds pallof press superset w leg raises
- 1 mile run, 6:53 not too bad after that leg sesh

Id be curious what the actual strict curl / BW world record actually is. I think Cyplenkov’s would be like 0.8 x BW so probably not gonna see anywhere near BW in the heaviest weight classes. Maybe a midget with massive arms…

Hey boss man, nah I’ve worded it terribly poorly. Basically any overhead press variation I’m going to start from the floor and either clean, muscle clean, snatch or muscle snatch it up from now on.
After reading @T3hPwnisher write about prioritising the overhead press starting from the floor, I thought it made sense. But I’m not cleaning every rep, just the first one…unless specified haha
