I tend to float back and forth between conventional and sumo. I like sumo for 5 reps and less, and I like conventional for volume. In my head I pull sumo as it’s closer to my squat and I can use my legs more that way. Definitely doesn’t feel as natural as squatting though
My sumo and squat seem quite similar as well in my head, I just cannot get comfortable in convo deads, weird that sumo would be more comfortable but everyone’s different!
Not sure deads or squats feel particularly natural to me, but getting there!
Felt pretty average today, wasn’t paying attention to what I was doing and loaded 180 instead of 170kg on the bar for my squats…didn’t die so that’s a win
