Lots of cool ideas in this thread.

Seated dumbbell clean and press. These fry my shoulders and put meat on my rear delts very quickly.

Close Grip Bench Press
Reverse Grip Bench Press

My only 2 Tricep exercises. If they don’t fry your triceps then er i dunno lol.

High Incline Press - Shoulders, beats the standing Military Press due to Back Support !
