Just out of pure curiosity; what is “average” to you?
Most of the people on this site have been “lifting weights” for YEARS yet barely look like it. I would think that is pretty fucking BELOW average. The average person with average genetics can manage a change in the way they look that shocks people after 3 years of training…yet 99% of the people here haven’t even done that.
This site attracts those comfortable with being mediocre yet delusional enough to make themselves believe this is a good thing by using retarded arbitrary words like “functional” to describe why in 5 years they haven’t even gained 5lbs of lean body mass.
If the people here want to call out the entire T-Cell, they had better be ready to get called out as well.
I highly doubt anyones genetics are that bad. It’s more a case of ignorance in most. Most, do not have dedication enough to keep at their goals, most do not train hard enough. Genetics vary but not to as large an extent as you seem to think. I still believe everyone is capable of gaining at least 1lb of lean mass per week.[/quote]
I think you misunderstood that post. Regardless of genetic potential, most on this site seem to be at no risk of ever coming anywhere near their own potential. They are too buys whining about how they want a social life so they only train 2 days a week and are planning entire months off.
