Unilateral Hip Hinge Movements?

Using single leg and unilateral stuff to balance out my lower body. I’ve a bunch of movements in lunges and pistols squats but having trouble coming up with a hip hinge movement.

DB Single Leg Romanian seemed straightforward enough but balance was shit.

Any favourite movements you guys would recommend?

I like single leg stiff leg deadlift (with barbell). Balance will suck ass to begin with…

I used to really enjoy Bulgarian split deadlifts. Basically a BSS but the barbell is in front of you like a deadlift.

You can do the single leg RDLs or deadlifts with the working leg forward and the back foot or toes of back foot still on the floor. It still gets the one side effect without wobbling all over the place.

At least one guy does good mornings this way too.

An easy one is 45 degree back raises or hyperextensions where you take one leg/ankle off the pad and go one legged.

If you push the reps on this one it is awesome.

Regular lunges are shitty enough but ok I’ll try it out

Martins sounds like Seth Rogen…

Can’t unhear

Found this today. Is good
