Unifying Theory of Aging!!

This guy is definately up to sth!

Skip the first stuff about Longevinex, and then read the whole article… yeah, it will take some time but its worth it…

any comments?

Up to sth? Is that up to something?

The article is a mix between citing interesting research and wild conclusions and oversimplifications about aging processes that would support the use of his product.

So i would summarize

Probably that why

  1. being a regular blood donator helps with health and longevity
  2. regular physical exercise ( especially short/intense, which causes *Physical exercise, although of short duration, may lessen iron deposits, although not to the extent of iron-lack erythropoiesis)
  3. taking aspririn regularly helps with health and longevity (for some reasons different than the ones commonely believed)
  4. so are some other food practices… such as resveratrol (esp. for meat eaters * see french paradox), quercetin with meals (onion, red apple), tannins (tea) with meals and maybe exclusion of dairy products…

hmmm… makes you wonder and think…

ps. Oh and i am not promoting this product at all. DO NOT TAKE it. completely unecessary.
I just cited this article, because i found it very interesting.

Keep looking… the holy grail is still out there somewhere!
