Uneven Pelvis, which is short leg?

Much less then I used to, what I do is much more focused nowadays and over the years I managed to simply incorporate a lot of into my training and warmups. I would say that it’s more about improving my performance rather than getting rid of my symptoms now. But keep in mind that if you fuck yourself up badly once you will always have to look after yourself. The plus side is that as I’m getting older I seem to be in much better shape (not just athletically but in terms of overall health) then my pals that never had such issues or just developed them recently.
