Why is there no discussion around the continued unavailability of products? First we were pushed to buy on Amazon, now I can’t find many products on this site OR Amazon. Yet I have to read articles every day pushing products that are NOT AVAILABLE. I’m sure people writing these articles have unlimited access to the products. What is the problem? Why is there no communication to your loyal customers? Is anybody else ready to find new supplements? Isn’t availability more important than the actual product? Plenty of supplements out there that work. If I don’t have access, what is it worth?
I’m sure this will be quickly deleted and the minions will just have to wait for the products to become available.
It’s been an ongoing problem that no one seems to address. Whoever is in charge these last couple years is doing a poor job.
@Chris_Shugart @Tim_Patterson. I don’t know TCs username…What’s going on??
My strategy is to maintain my inventory at two plus months. That does require tying up more funds on supplements.
Presently JIT is not a good strategy concerning Biotest.
I second the OP. Started with brain candy and now everything seems to be going downhill. Really disappointing
Pushing Amazon
We recommend buying from Amazon because its shipping speed and reliability are unmatched. Biotest has a dedicated internal team at Amazon ensuring top-tier service and seamless delivery. Plus, most of our customers already prefer shopping there.
Stockouts
With the exception of Indigo-3G, Rez-V, Surge (recently), and select flavors, all Biotest products are readily available on Amazon or Biotest.net.
Cause and Fix
Due to idiotic and overreaching government regulations, combined with an increasing number of incompetent, lazy workers infecting supply chains, stockouts are becoming asymptotically inevitable.
Even so, we keep refactoring our production process to keep products in stock. I have an incredible, highly motivated staff — each one a true champion and, in my eyes, flawless. So, I believe we’ll get it done.
Biotest’s Current Product Lineup
If you don’t see something listed, we no longer make it — either because an ingredient is on the FDA’s hit list (Z-12; Phenibut) or because manufacturing became problematic or too expensive to meet consumer demand (Brain Candy).
Available Now:
- Beta Glucan
- Carbolin 19

Great information.
Maybe publish Biotest product availability monthly on T-Nation.
I particularly like the expected availability for out-of-stock products
This is really helpful and appreciated! I would also like to see this info on a monthly basis.
X3 on the availability thread.
I’m intrigued by this…
Does this mean Brain candy is not coming back?
I would have preferred to hear this instead of the repeated factory-line answer: “we expect it back in 2-3 months.”
There was also a re-launch date in 2023 once posted that completely disappeared with no follow-up.
I appreciate that there can’t be anything done about external factors….but omitting information like this or building up a fake re-launch isn’t right
I hear ya. It’s frustrating and bad for business. Sometimes I stop taking something because it’s not available. A few weeks passed and I wonder why I was taking it in the first place. Don’t notice any difference when I’m off it then when I’m on it.
Also, I don’t think they’re going to take your post down. They don’t seem to do that.
I am so incredibly excited.
You greedy POS !!! Bahaha
Used it before??
Dude… I 1000000% get it. My product is suffering too for those exact reasons. Infuriating
Every man for himself !!
If I don’t look after me, who will?
I establish individual “min-max levels” in my house.
Yup.
I think that’s actually a testament to the customer focus - they really do engage with us.
What were the results ??
