I used to have a couple of cartons of raw egg whites every day for 3 months and it gave me the runs and really horrible gas. It took me 3 months to figure out that my body probably wasn’t benefiting from it!
Do lethal farts get categorized under perfume/cologne?
This was like the strongest/worst farts anyone has ever smelled multiplied by 10. Really bad. Don’t eat stuff you can’t digest.
Although no elitists ever approached me with that advice. People generally just made a face and evacuated the area, leaving without putting away their weights.
Personally, I like it. Everyone here, who wants to be average, raise their hand. You guys, leave.
The rest of you who do want to train to be their best, good. Feel a little elitist.
The other day, I was in the gym warming up with just a bar in front of the rack, I saw a guy about to squat on the smith machine. I stopped, and offered to let him use the rack, but he said he liked the smith machine better.
So when I was doing heavier and deeper squats in a rack, while he was doing lame smith squats, I felt a little elitist. You just have to work hard enough to gain the title.
For the record, I’m nothing elite, by any means, but I’m working on getting there.

I agree. If you want to be a sheep in the herd like 95% of the population then go for it. I try to do the opposites of most people.[/quote]
That’s right, no sheep here.
When the website tells you TBT is the way, no mindless following there!
When the website tells you to start doing squats to build your arms, no mindless following there!
When the website tells you to stay under 10% or die, no mindless following there!
I stand alone with my universal fear of microwaving plastic and my unending quest to stress over not stressing so my cortisol stays within recommended tolerance. Pretty soon I’ll be a unique individual, just like everyone else.

I like it. It’s really a shame that a site with as many people claiming to be “T-men” and wanting to be hardcore as this one is so highly populated with people who are vulnerable enough to be offended by a slogan such as this.
