I sure hope so. Cause I take vitamin T along with occasional vitamin S, and I don’t think there has been a picture of me yet that looks that good.
If I were to ever find out that Mike O’Hearn is actually natty, I think I’d cry myself to sleep.

His delts look like they’re about to dislodge from his body to start rolling in a bowling alley
I would give you that but… he has the combined three going on here. Look at the lighting shadowing across his body, hes probably oiled up and pumped to hell before this shot. That does a world of good. He also clearly has elite genetics combined with a strong will to train hard and the best resources. So yeah ‘most’ men couldn’t but ones with great genetics and his resources probably could. Not to toot my own horn but I could do it with TRT only if it were ‘my job’ to do so.
A bit - right. But its the over all size that impresses me more. There is just more of him.
Both of these fall into the category of this is what makes it unrealistic. Because @blshaw I do believe you. But like wise having to look this good for a job is unrealistic for most guys. As is having CGI arms ![]()
Very good point.
Are necros allowed, even if the topic is only a year old?
Thought I should post because as someone who couldn’t lift a cup without shoulder inflammation for nearly a decade, just having an “average physique” was the unachievable male body I was striving for. Now that I’ve passed that, roided out physiques like The Rock’s don’t bother me. If anything, I find them awesome. Because seriously, how are you gonna look at someone that jacked and claim they don’t look cool haha?
Pitt and Cavil don’t scream steroids or unattainable to me at all. They obviously require more work for some people, but a guy who has played sports and lifted as a teen should be able to get there within a few years. The leanness is probably the biggest issue for most guys. Most men could get the muscle for Pitt’s look pretty easily, but the leanness will be a challenge unless they drastically shift how they eat.
A lot of the African students in my college looked like Pitt. They lifted, sure, but they were lean since they ate healthy and in moderation since they grew up in places like Cameroon and Sierra Leone. They would’ve looked big in an Insta pic by themselves, but most were only like 155 or 165 lbs. Their leanness made them look much heavier than they were.
Well yeah, you just gotta REALLY want it enough to maintain the discipline required.
I have to wonder what ‘cheats’ They use bc I can’t imagine they use none. Seriously, given the average daily balances these guys can afford help from modern chemicals all they wish. I don’t believe they’re not using what they can, and maybe outside of typical gear. Thoughts?
