I can’t seem to keep my left shoulder blade/trap tight during my (chest) presses. I notice that my shoulder blade pops out of position when i begin - half way through the concentric… does anyone know how i can fix this? I’ve been focusing on it for a while and it keeps happening. I focused on it today through my entire training session today and didn’t really concentrate on the contraction of my left pec. I think because of this I have a weird pop somewhere between the rear delt and shoulder blade when I contract at certain angles…
any help/insight is greatly appreciated
