(Un)official 2026 T-ransformation Challenge

Yeah, I guess my view of an athlete or superhero has a level of leanness to it - not necessarily shredded, but not fat. I watched the Fury v Wilder boxing match a few years ago and was genuinely upset that the fat guy kicked the muscular guy’s butt.

I would say that the guy in the bottom photo would still look pretty jacked with a shirt on.

Muscular sure, but have you seen his legs? Deontay definitely lost the genetics lottery on that one. I feel his pain.

On-camera superheroes also don’t stand next to anyone large. Being relatively lean and having some muscularity in the arms and delts goes a long way on-screen

The superhero look is 50% being tall and 50% training your brachialis.

Hey, we tall folk are stretched out. I can’t wear the standard pair of jeans from the mall, but I look like I have chicken legs. The short calf doesn’t help, either.

@Frank_C you’re too kind, thanks.

It does however seem to me that saying chaos is the plan is an oxymoron. The use of the word chaos insinuates a state of confusion or disorder. This is in total contradiction to the word Plan. Any way it doesn’t really matter what I think, this is your race and you seem to running it pretty well.

One could say it’s chaotic

Well it confuses me every time I read it. LOL

We call it a paradox

It does seem a bit contradictory. But if things are going to be chaotic, you might as well plan it that way.

Love it. The planned chaos paradox

That’s a wrap. Last sesh until the meet. Stuck at 200lb body weight, ill do an easy water cut for 198 weigh in. Im still going to try a 3 week crash diet to look a little better for these after pics.

Time that fill out right and it could be dramatic

Back looking solid on the sandbag runs. Weight is up a little, but more to come

Happy May everyone! It’s warming up, is everyone ready to let the guns out?

My performance goal was a rounding error away from being met.
Trail half marathon was spectacular. I had an absolute blast and PR’ed. Perfect weather. Lots of rabbits to chase. I’m still riding the runners high.
I had a performance goal of a sub 2 hour half marathon. This race was done with zero taper, and was the last 13 miles of a 40 mile run week. A deload week on lifting was the only training pull back I did leading up to it.
Half marathon time - 2:00.13 (So. Close.)
The course was 13.5 miles, official finish time of 2:04.05.
I was 20/200 overall. 10/128 female.
Not bad for going in tired.
Since I’m not going for asthetics right now, this race photo may be a more appropriate “after” photo.

That is an absolutely insane thing to say with those quads peeking out of those shorts. Not since Robert Muldoon in Jurassic Park has a more glorious set of gams been hinted at

I had been stuck at 179-181 for what felt like forever (but was probably 2 weeks) and finally woke up at 177 today… Putting me 1 pounds away from my 20 pounds lost goal… Waist is down from another 1/2" from mid April too

I had half a mind to just hit 176 and call it but given we are this close I might just finish out May and see where the chips fall.

This got a solid laugh from me. Thanks for the quad-pliment!
