UN Gun Debate

for those out there who enjoy the 2nd amendment, check out this thundercunt gungrabber rebecca peters.
Great debate showing the way these faggoty fucks want to rape the shit out of your freedoms.

btw, for those of you in Illinois, i heard recently that they are trying to take the right to bear arms out of the IL constitution (under the radar of course). check it out

Another Australian who is against gun ownership. What is it with the Australians?

She does not acknwledge that guns have a legitimate use for self defense or defending a people against their government. They are only for sports which can eventually be disallowed.

Amnesty International by the way is one of the international organizations that supports the disarming of civilians.

when he told her that no treaty supercides the bill of rights the look on her face was great. watch at 2.00 youll see.

but ya I agree, what is it with Aus. what exactly are they so afraid of?
watch part 2 she said her “moderate” gun laws,is to ban any rifle tha tshoots 300 meters.
thats a football field, that is any weapon

Another part that was very telling was in the later videos where she trys to assuage fears by saying that hunting would be a legitimate use. Later though she nuances that by saying in some cultures hunting is still practiced. So essentially what she is saying is when it no longer neccessary to hunt for food, bye bye guns.

Just like what happened to the sport of pistol shooting. Did you see how happy she was to say you can’t do that anymore to the guy in the audience.

Did you also notice her use of the word “macho” in describing the Crocodile Dundee types. The gun control nuts like to portray guns as some kind of symbol of machismo. The image they try to prtray is it’s only men who want to own guns and the only reason why is because we are trying to be macho.

…Wow what an ignorant cunt.

Why didn’t the guy fucking destroy her? No mentions of a stalwart against tyranny, no talk of defending the home, no talk of the physically weaker (like her) defending themselves from horrors.

WTF?

Wayne LaPierre schooled her ass. He didn’t need to pull out the whole arsenal. Besides, why cast your pearls before swine? That dingy bitch didn’t know what hit her in the first place.

300 meters is actually 3 football fields. I think you are thinking of yards.

Actually she said 100 meters. 1 meter = 39 inches

ya i was wrong with the numbers.
I know she mentioned the “meters” and he said for you americans that the length of a football feild which rules out every weapon.

now I am still wondering though,I have nothing against austrailans at all I have ,met some very nice people from that area.
but every single one of them i have spoken to sees nothing wrong with the government controling its people.
they all seem to agree that if the gov is watching over them and making choices for them, then they are safe.
and they are all afraid of guns, mebtion guns to them and its because we are barbarians that are obsessed with death and killing.

its an odd culture and I cant understand it.

There will be plenty of Aussies who share your view of ownership rights Nich. But Aus has always had much stricter gun control laws than the US and I believe a pretty low rate of gun crime so people seem to have that “if it aint broke…” mentality.

However I think most Aussies would disagree with your comment that they see nothing wrong with the government controlling its people. You feel having rights to bear arms makes you safer, aussies probably feel safer because of stricter control laws so favour that.

These are different viwpoints based on different experience under different systems. You feel safer if you have the right to carry a weapon, aussies feel safer with stricter control laws. This doesn’t mean they are controlled by the government.

Another school shooting in Finland, a country with one of the highest rates of gun ownership.

But wait, it only happened because there weren’t enough people with guns to stop him earlier.

Wow, I wonder if they were in a “Gun Free Zone” where all the potential victims would be completely disarmed and thus helpless against the ONE bad guy who decided NOT to obey the law?

A ban of firearms that can shoot 100 meters is effectively a ban of all firearms. Even the lowly .22 LR has a maximum range of one mile, and any firearm of any caliber can be made to hit a target 100 meters away as long as the trajectory of its particular load is known, and adjustment for wind and bullet drop are made.

Hell, many air rifles can shoot over 100 meters.

This woman is pathologically afraid of inanimate objects, and therefore should not be taken seriously by reasonable people. She and her ilk would be laughable if there weren’t so many idiots who agree with her toxic agenda.

She’s also ugly, and has a silly haircut.

Only needed to change one letter to fix it.

Subtle, yet effective. A+

Police came about 10 minutes after they were called, Varmola said. “It took two hours to get this situation ended,”

Saari, 22, died Tuesday afternoon from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head

Police had interviewed and released Saari on Monday after he allegedly posted violent videos on YouTube, authorities said.

Sorry to burst your bubble but the police were completely useless. The only thing that could have saved lives would have been his victims shooting back.

Finland has a high rate of gun ownership because they live next door to a large militarily powerful country that has a long history of invading it’s neighbors and killing millions. Thousands died in Georgia very recently.

Guns are not the only weapons that can be used to try and kill people. Cars make good weapons too. Twice this week cars have been used to try and kill large numbers of people.

Another vehicular terrorist Qassem Mughrabi injures 23 Israelis in Jerusalem Monday

September 23, 2008, 6:13 PM (GMT+02:00)

Some are still in hospital, one, a girl soldier is in serious condition. The terrorist, after crashing his black BMW into a group of soldiers and civilians in downtown Jerusalem Monday night, Sept. 22, was shot dead by Lt. Elad Amer, an artillery officer. The soldiers were trampled on the sidewalk, heading on foot to the Western Wall for prayers before the New Year festival next week. The killer Qassem Salah Mughrabi came from the southern Jerusalem suburb of Jebel Mukaber.

Defense minister Ehud Barak says the legal obstacles to demolishing the homes of terrorists resident in Jerusalem must be overcome as the most effective deterrent for terror. In the last seven months, Palestinian terrorists have struck in the capital six times, twice using earthmovers to mow down high street traffic. They left 15 people dead and hundreds injured. The High Court has restricted punitive measures.

On the West Bank, an Israeli soldier at the Hawara checkpoint south of Nablus lost the sight of one eye when a Palestinian woman threw acid on his face.

Military sources report the easing of counter-terror measures for Ramadan has generated a proliferation of Palestinian attacks.

Should cars be banned? They can be used as weapons and global warming may kill millions.

She said “guns are the only unbanned weapons.”

So… knives, brass knuckles, bricks, violin strings (read Ludlum novels bitches), car (vehicular manslaughter), knives, broken bottles, pepper spray, tazers, knives, saws, chainsaws, oh and did I mention KNIVES, are all apparently banned. Who knew?

See how the gun control nuts like to use predjudicial stereotypes.
