UN-Deadlift

I’m not sure the OP is talking about simply touch and go though. He seems to be talking about starting the deadlift in the top position. I don’t think anyone will deny the usefulness of touch and go deads. But what about starting in the top position?

I frankly wouldn’t do it because I don’t like walking with that much weight. And you would have to walk out with it since the bar would have to be on some sort of support at the start.

He definitely isn’t talking about touch and gos, but top down deads. The discussion on touch and gos was just extrapolation on my part.

You don’t have to walk them out if you are creative.
