I’ve been trainin for 3 years, but results haven’t been great since my studies go first (medicine), sometimes it can get quite busy ^^

For the next 2 months I will do Sheiko for my UB, but combine it with LB stuff that I choose…The first LB month will be focussed on speed and gaining mass, the second one more on power.
