Is the UUN (Urinary Urea Nitrogen) Test useful at all?!?! I know someone on this site has to have some experience or knowledge with this!
I think this test might be helpful since you can get a more accurate measure of your protein needs, versus just guessing by eating “1.5-2.0 grams per pound.”
Googling it doesn’t really reveal if this test is used successfully outside of the medical world, in the fitbness world. Several other members as well as myself have waited patiently for a week or so, but haven’t got any feedback on the orginal post - please help!
