Well I guess my thread didnt work out, and I wasn’t going to defend any of the shit people are saying, but to BuckeyeGirl: I do know what a sumo deadlift was, because I used to pull sumo before I switched to conventional. That 44 Katana was to small because I could not touch, and I practically ruined it because it was too small, and I didnt use pop tarts as a carb cycling food, it was just something to eat when I woke up and went to the gym at 5. And I haven’t added friends because I dont use this site like that. Thats why I have myspace and facebook.

Excuses. Excuses.

I saw that video of you benching in the shirt that was “too tight”. You made no effort to tuck or pull the bar to your chest. So you blew it out? That’s the only thing I can think of that would ruin a shirt.

Keep at it. One day you’ll learn what tight powerlifting gear really is. When you can’t feel your hands because your wrist wraps are too tight, or you have to ask yourself “how the fuck am I supposed to squat when I can’t feel my legs”, or it takes you 10 minutes and the help of 3 living breathing superheros to get out of your briefs, you’ll know that the Katana really wasn’t that bad after all.

I didn’t realize that if you eat it before 5am, the carbs don’t count. And I have no idea what that facebook comment was about.

the kid is about 16 and can DL 475. have you done anything similar bar winning meets in which you are the only competitor?

I give amazing head.

I’m not playing your game “Mr. even though I haven’t personally made any real achievements, I’m going to anonymously call out everyone that posts on this forum cause I think I’m the T-Nation interwebz police” So fuck off.

its a shame that you feel the need to write in such a coarse fashion.

its also unfortunate you lack the ability to deduce when i am “calling someone out” and instead choose to say that in every post i make i “call someone out.”

you are making out that this kid is a complete fool. yet he can deadlift 475 at age 16. i doubt hes that clueless even though his writing style leaves alot to be desired. you give off the impression that you know all there is to know about powerlifting. developing your fellatio skills at a powerlifting gym does not make you ms louise simmons. i doubt you can do anything even remotely comparable to an average sized 16 year old pulling 475.

i dont know why you think i have not performed any impressive athletic feats myself simply because i post under a pseudonym.
buckeye girl wrote:
I think the best part about this whole call out thread is that the OP is just as clueless as the guy he’s calling out.

Brauny, aren’t you the guy that couldn’t tell the difference between a sumo and conventional pull? And threw a fit when everyone told you not to buy a bench shirt that was 2 sizes too big? And wanted to carb cycle with poptarts?

You both fail.
Carb cycle with pop-tarts.

Genius.

I did not carb cycle with pop tarts, I was asked what I had aten that day, and it was a pop tart, and that was at 5, i was just hungry and needed something quick. No I do not think that pop tarts or processed foods are good, but if you want to think that, go right ahead, I could care less.

I never made any claims about my powerlifting in this thread, in fact I don’t recall ever saying that what I’ve done as a powerlifter was anything special. I do, at least, know how to make my gear work for me, and can tell the difference between “too tight” and “too much for me at my strength level”.

Pulling 475 at my weight would put me second only to Amy Weisberger–an untested, professional multiply powerlifter. But, as soon as I hit 220 pounds and have the testosterone levels of a 16 year old boy, I’ll give you a call and you can tell me about the weight I’m moving.

yet again, your comprehension skills leave alot to be desired. i said COMPARABLE to an average 16 year old pulling 475. i did not say you have to pull 475. furthermore, i doubt hes weighing in at 220, although maybe im wrong on that but he certainly doesnt look like 220, so why are you implying that he weighs as much as 220?

ive explained my reasons for not posting pics and wont repeat myself. anything you want to know about my training, fire away.

your aggressive tone is completely unnecessary. so what if you think you know more than this kid about diet and training? you cant do a single thing which is remotely COMPARABLE to an average 16 year old deadlifting 475. maybe your knowledge isnt as great as you think it is.

Jesus stringer…not this shit again ><

While I do appreciate the fact that you call out lifters who I myself am suspicious of, it’s starting to get old. Every thread you post in degenerates into this. Like with Vegg in the BOI thread, stuff like that just isn’t necessary.

when is stu going to get in here and prove to everyone that carb cycling with pop-tarts is the secret way to making massive gains?

I believe he uses fiber one toaster pastries - not those junk food pop tarts. I think the gainz may be flavor dependent though - Stu needs to chime in and let everyone know which flavor works the best. Everyone know pop-tart gainz are inferior.

Didn’t read all the posts so this might have been said:

Just hit the ignore button in TYPE2B’s profile.

I did that about 3 months ago and I haven’t seen a single post from him appearing in any topic.

I know, I know. I am already back into a size medium and am beginning to think TBT is best if you NEVER train arms. Perhaps I need an intervention.

i wont post again about this. i really do not understand all the “calling out” BS. buckeye girl is the one “calling out” brauny just so she can sound tough when in fact hes infinitely stronger than her (relatively, i do not just mean absolutely stronger, im aware shes a girl). and as for vegg, again i dont know why so many get their panties in a bunch about commenting on peoples lifts. hes the one who constantly boasts about his gigantic rackpull when in reality he moves the bar about an inch. its exactly the same as someone claiming a massive squat when they dont get anywhere near parallel.

im at no point being insulting or trying to stir things up. i really do not get why so many think its out of line. because it isnt at all.

in this case, if you read this thread you would see that im defending some young kid who cant express himself very well and is being jumped on by some arrogant moron as a result.
