Type 3, Raising Serotonin to Change Neuro Type?

Is there a way for a type 3 to raise serotonin through diet or supplementation, and if so does that change your Neoro type in terms of the type of training program you should follow? Or would lowering anxiety put you in a different Neoro type or is your Neuro type pretty much set in stone.

I won’t change your neurotype but increasing serotonin (or GABA) would:

  • Decrease anxiety
  • Allow you to sleep better
  • Be less introverted
  • Recover faster from workouts
  • Decrease cortisol levels

You would become an optimized version of yourself.
