Type 3 Fiber Training

I need help with building my type 3 fibers the 3x3 + 3x5-12+ for main exercise
and 3x3 second exercise them 3x8-12 third exercise with high intensity burst cadio(2-12 minutes) is getting pretty old loaded cadio and olympic style are for my scheduled contrast weeks. Kinda works better than a deload but I use lots of strength rep ranges

I feel you man. There’s no feeling worse than having lagging type 3 fibres.

You’re missing out on creating “reconfigured super muscle fibers” LOL. Google it.

Try having lagging type 4 fibers, now that’s a problem.

Thanks dt79 for the Lean Hybrid Muscle program by Eliot Hulse . …lanky mofo there is no type 4 fibers .
Roland2000 here’s a comparison
Type 1 Type 2 A&B Type3/2c/2x
Speed No yes yes
Velocity No yes yes
Strength No yes yes
Endurance yes No yes
Elasticity yes No yes
Type 1 fibers have a very high mitochondrial density type 2 have a very efficient nervous system response and the hybrid fibers have both but they are not mutant or new our ancient ancestors had these muscle fibers because they needed to be able to survive…

What the fuck?

You’ve created 3 really strange threads on this site. Can’t wait for the next one!

Flipcollar & young33 this thread got screwed up… my reps and sets are supposed to look like 3x3 and my last response got messed up the comparison didn’t show up or completely show.
