Type 3 Fat Loss Workout?

Reading your articles about neurotypes and the corresponding workouts, it seems that for Type 3s you recommend something like GVT for hypertrophy and strength-skill or 5/3/1 for strength. Is there a workout template or principal you’d recommend specifically for fat loss? It seems like using a high-volume approach like GVT might not be as optimal for fat loss because of the impacts of increased cortisol while in a caloric deficit.
