Hello Coach. I have looked around your site and T-Nation for programs meant/adapted for a Type 3 and would like to know your current recommendation. I am looking for a pure hypertrophy split if such a thing even exists.
GVT would be probably as good as any.
Yep, GVT, but ideally done 3 days a week, mayyyyybe 4 days a week if stress is not too high
As a type 3, I respond very well to 531 programs. If you want hypertrophy, there is a “531 and Bodybuilding” template on Jim Wendler’s personal website. You can just google “531 bodybuilding” and it’s the first thing that comes up.
