Now has come to the point t’where I begin dialing myself in for my first contest. I am a little more than 16 weeks out and plan on dieting around 14-12 weeks out.
*I believe in High Volume, High Intensity training with plenty of rest in between sets.
*I do not believe in over-training, only under nutrition.
*Low reps are very useful.
*High reps are very useful.
*Supersets are amazing.
*Giant sets are retarded.
*Fast food is a bulker’s best friend.
*The Mercury in Tuna isn’t inhibiting my muscle growth, so I don’t care if it poisons me… As long as it aids in making me huge, I’m okay with it.
*Ruin your liver getting swole, not trashed.

Notes: Pretty intense workout. Weight felt great and vascularity is appearing more and more. Plasma Jet is a decent product so far… I think it gives more energy compared to any powder mix crap.
